Congratulations – you’ve got an interview. You’ve jumped a major hurdle. Now you must prepare and learn to love this process. TMASF Connects is here to offer tips on how to dress, how to use makeup effectively, how to groom yourself appropriately, what to bring, what to say, questions to ask and how to finish up the process leaving them wanting more. Interviewing Do's and Dont's Do not be more than 15 minutes early. And never be late. Don’t answer your cell phone, in fact, turn it off. At the very least put it on mute. Don’t talk about salary specifics, let them learn to love you and talk about money with the human resources department. They expect to pay you so be general if asked about salary. They are more interested in your immediate and bigger picture objectives. Posture, body language, wardrobe, makeup and language can all play a part in the way we present ourselves. Below are links and resources to help you succeed in your interview, to help you make a good first impression and to do it all within your budget.
